Customer orientation is the most important prerequisite for Diafood’s economical success.
It goes without saying, that we permanently adhere to both the requirements of the law and those of our customers. We are therefore able to ensure that we are always in a position to deliver products as per our customer’s quality specifications.
The aim of our work is, despite the different natures of the natural raw materials, to guarantee our customers that the material delivered throughout the year remains of a consistent quality. We fulfill our customer’s expectations but also want to exceed these.
Our customer is the most important person for our company, whether he is present or not, if he contacts us in writing or by telephone. He submits to us his requirements and it is our task to fulfill his requests with a degree of profitability for both him and ourselves.
A permanent improvement of the products, processes and services we provide are the guarantee enabling us to remain competetive.
We enjoy all of our products ourselves and would not produce anything which we would not offer our own children and friends.
The responsibility for this is conveyed to our employees. Each individual is valuable in his or her own position. We make them aware that our actions are meaningful and put particular importance on having contented employees. Only contented employees can produce quality! Next to our customers, our employees are the most important capital for the success of our company.
Diafood’s Managing Directors are responsible for the planning, controlling and further development of the Quality Management System. The efficiency of this system is evaluated by the management, who also sets the targets.
